Richardson Mawuli Adedeme is an experienced IT and network professional with over 15 years in technical support, network engineering, and IT systems management. Known for his hands-on problem-solving approach and strong teamwork focus, Richardson brings expertise in network design, enterprise Wi-Fi deployment, server configuration, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure maintenance.

Currently serving as a Network Engineer at Quantum Group Limited since 2017, he leads the design, deployment, and support of WAN/LAN networks, enterprise Wi-Fi, CCTV systems, and IP PBX telephony infrastructure across the Group’s operations. He also provides advanced troubleshooting and system support, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth service delivery.

His previous roles include Systems & Network Supervisor at Breezer Ghana Limited, IT Technician at Sunberry Ghana Limited, and Customer Service and Quality Control Technician roles at Expresso Telecom. Across these roles, he has built strong skills in POS system management, mobile device repair, ERP logging, and client support.

Richardson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, an HND in Telecommunications, an Advanced Diploma in Networking, and is a CompTIA Network+ Certified Professional.
